Our busy Marina houses around 220 canal boats and operates workshops, offices and a restaurant; we use Live for Work’s Health and Safety advice serve across all departments, as well as their First Aid training service. This helps us to maintain safe procedures that cover the wide range of activities carried out on site. Claire is always friendly and approachable, and has become somebody our staff trust and can positively engage with. Health and Safety is now (almost) a pleasure!
Live for Work has been providing our First Aid courses for the past 5 years, we have found these to be very comprehensive and accessible for all staff members. For the past 3 years Live for Work has also been providing a Health and Safety Co-ordination service for us. From creating risk assessments and safe systems of work, to creating policies and procedures, all Health and Safety paperwork has been covered and maintained to a high standard. Unlike other consultants Claire is very approachable and works with us to create a practicable Health and Safety system that works.
Blue Planet Aquarium has continued to book First Aid training with Live for Work, due to the fantastic interactive learning, which although serious can also be fun. Our staff are now confident when approaching first aid situations.

Out of all the instructors and first aid courses I have been on I have retained the most information and felt the most confident. I was never bored during the entire 3 day course.
