Who’s it for?
This course is for those members of staff classed as ‘competent persons’ in the event of a fire, and whose duties may include assisting with evacuation procedures, ensuring premises are clear, liaising with the fire service, and switching off dangerous or vital equipment. They may also be responsible for carrying out regular checks on fire safety equipment and initiating practice procedures such as Fire Drills.
