Basic First Aid (CPR update) and AED (Defibrillator) training (non-accredited) Level 2 CPR and AED (QCF accredited)
Who’s it for?
This training can be tailored to your requirements and can be anything from 2 hours to a full day depending on the size of the group. Dentists and Doctor’s surgeries may require only the basic annual CPR refresher whilst we can also offer a fully assessed AED competent user course, with the addition of use of portable oxygen. It is recommended that organisations with an onsite AED should refresh their staff’s skills and knowledge annually. No prior First Aid training is needed to attend this course.

- Unconscious casualty – recovery position / CPR
- Understanding heart rhythms
- AED demonstration
- Safety considerations / reporting procedures
- AED competent user (assessed by the Tutor)
